This curtainsided unit, which can be loaded from the side, now opens up an unconventional segment of road haulage and close-meshed distribution to containers.

A patented base structure that eliminates the need for extreme pretensioning, ensures that the curtainsided unit has a side aperture height of 2394mm between its floor and toprail.

UNIT45 has two types curtainsided containers.One with a sidewall at the rear end between 40 and 45 ft position both sides. At the front end there is a central stub wall fitted between 45 and 40 ft position which is 60 mm width and is support for all stacking and lifting loads (type 1). And one with a sidewall at the rear end between 40 and 45 ft position both sides. At the front end there is a small offset wal running from the front 45 ft position for a distance of approximately 600 mm both sides (type 2). Type 1 with a curtain length of 12533 mm and type 2 with a length of 12165 mm.
